JT Grow Light has been manufacturing custom LED grow lights and grow rack systems for international clients for over 10 years. Our OEM clients are primarily distributors building private label brands in North America and Europe, and commercial cannabis operators who need specific spectrum configurations for their facilities. Our products ship with ETL, CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications - the documentation your market actually requires, not just the certificates that are easy to get.

What We Customize

OEM LED Grow Lights

The two most common OEM requests we handle are custom spectrum and private label branding. Most clients need both.

Custom Spectrum isn't one-size-fits-all. A cannabis flowering room needs a completely different ratio of red, blue, far-red, and UV than a vertical leafy green operation or a tissue culture propagation lab. We configure spectrum based on your crop type, growth-stage targets, and facility environment-not on what's easiest to manufacture.

Every custom spectrum LED grow light is verified against your target curve using our integrating sphere before samples ship. We don't assume the spectrum is correct - we measure it.

Tell Us About Your Grow Environment

We need to understand your setup before we recommend anything - indoor or greenhouse, single canopy or multi-tier, what you're growing, and what market you're selling into. The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can get you an accurate proposal.

Step2

We Put Together a Proposal

Our team develops a specific product proposal: spectrum configuration, lighting specs, rack design if needed, certification path, and timeline. We ask questions rather than send generic quotes - getting the spec right the first time saves everyone time.

Step3

Sample Production

We build your sample to spec. Spectrum output is verified with our integrating sphere before it ships. Standard sample lead time is 7–15 business days depending on complexity.

Step4

You Test It

This is the step most suppliers rush. We don't. Cannabis cultivation takes 2–3 months to show real results - we'd rather you run a proper test cycle than commit to production based on a week of data. If adjustments are needed after testing, we make them before locking the production spec.

Step5

BULK Production

Once you've approved the sample, we lock your specification. Components are held consistent across your entire order - no mid-run substitutions.

Step6

Packaging, Docs & Shipping

Custom packaging, branded documentation, certification copies for your compliance records, and global shipping. We handle export documentation and work with freight, or we can forwarder orr can recommend reliable logistics partners.

Step7

After-Sales & Reorders

Your spec stays on file. Reorders run against the same locked configuration. Dedicated support post-delivery for technical questions or warranty claims.
