What makes cannabis lighting different from other applications:
- Coverage at scale. Cannabis flowering rooms need uniform PPFD across large canopy footprints - we've supplied facilities up to 5,000 sqft where even 10–15% variation in light distribution across the canopy creates visible differences in bud development.
- Spectrum stability across the growth cycle. A spectrum that drifts between veg and flower, or between batches, shows up in your harvest. Every fixture we ship is spectrum-verified against a target curve using an integrating sphere - not assumed to be correct.
- Thermal performance in sealed rooms. Cannabis grow rooms run hot and humid. Our thickened aluminum alloy housings with extended heat fins and 70% chip power operation are designed for this environment - stable output without the lumen depreciation that shows up in cheaper fixtures after a few cycles.

Vertical Farming Operations
Vertical farming LED lighting has different demands than single-canopy cultivation. In a multi-tier environment, PPFD uniformity across every level matters as much as peak output, heat between tiers has to be managed carefully, and long-term output stability becomes critical - replacing fixtures in a fully planted 6-tier rack mid-cycle is a real operational disruption.
Our vertical grow rack systems are designed with integrated LED lighting in mind. Tier spacing, fixture mounting positions, and light bar placement are calculated together so every shelf gets consistent light quality - top tier and bottom tier. For leafy green and herb operations, we configure a more blue-dominant spectrum with higher green content for canopy penetration across dense plantings.

Tissue Culture & Propagation Laboratories
Tissue culture lab lighting is where most LED grow light suppliers have no real experience. The requirements are fundamentally different - low heat output, a precise spectrum at low intensity, and physical compatibility with lab shelving systems packed with sensitive culture vessels.
