Another batch of our 1.8m 180W under canopy grow lights just left the factory floor, and honestly, this is the kind of update we love sharing. Not a product launch, not a promo - just a straightforward shipment update, because at the end of the day, nothing builds trust like showing growers the real thing actually going out the door.
We get asked a lot: "Do you actually manufacture in volume, or are you just another trading company?" Fair question - there are plenty of resellers in this industry repackaging other people's products. So instead of just telling people we're a real under canopy lighting factory, we figured it's easier to just show them.
This particular order is a repeat order, which honestly matters more to us than a first-time sale. A customer coming back for a second or third batch tells you something a spec sheet never can - the fixtures held up, the yield results were good, and the after-sales support didn't disappear the moment the invoice was paid.
What's in this shipment
These are our 1.8m 150W to 180W under canopy lighting, built specifically for growers running tall canopy crops - cannabis, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers - where the lower and mid-canopy zones tend to get starved of light once the top foliage fills in.
A few things worth mentioning about this under canopy lighting line:
- 3-side emission design, so light actually reaches leaves facing sideways, not just straight down
- 270° reflection angle, which noticeably improves light penetration deep into dense canopy
- IP65-rated, waterproof housing built for humid greenhouse and indoor grow environments
- Slim profile designed to slide between plant rows without stealing growing space
Growers switching from no inter-lighting at all to a proper under canopy setup often see meaningfully better bud/fruit development in the lower canopy - something that's historically just been wasted potential in a lot of grow rooms.

Why growers keep reordering
We could give you the generic answer - "good quality, good service" - but that doesn't really explain anything. So let's actually break down what's behind the repeat orders, piece by piece.
We control every step, starting from chip mounting
A lot of manufacturers in this industry buy pre-made light boards or modules from third parties and just assemble the final grow lights. We don't do that. Our LED chip mounting (SMT/chip-on-board process) happens in-house, on our own production line, which means we control the solder quality, the thermal management, and the consistency of every single board that goes into a fixture. When something goes wrong with a grow light down the road, 9 times out of 10 it traces back to a cheap board from an unknown third-party supplier - that's simply not a variable we leave to chance.

Our PPFD numbers are real, not marketing numbers
This one matters more than people realize. A lot of spec sheets in this industry list PPFD numbers that are calculated in theory, not actually measured on a real fixture under real conditions. We test our under canopy lighting with an actual point-by-point PPFD measurement, using a real light meter, across the real coverage area - not a simulation, not an estimate. So when we give a customer a PPFD map, that's what they'll actually get on their canopy. No inflated numbers, no surprises after installation.
Every unit goes through 100% burn-in testing before it ships
Before any LED grow light leaves our factory, it goes through a full aging/burn-in test - powered on and run for an extended period to catch early failures before they ever reach a customer's grow room. This is the difference between "it worked in the sample" and "it works reliably at scale, unit after unit, order after order." It's an extra step that costs us time and money on our end, but it's a big part of why our failure rates stay low even after several grow cycles.

270° beam angle means light actually gets where it needs to go
Our under canopy fixtures are built with a 270° emission angle, which means light wraps around and reaches leaf surfaces from multiple directions - not just straight down. In a dense canopy, that's the difference between light bouncing off the top layer of leaves and light actually penetrating sideways into the mid and lower canopy where bud/fruit sites are otherwise starved for light.
And honestly, the biggest reason - growers see real results
At the end of the day, none of the above matters if it doesn't show up in the grow room. What keeps customers coming back isn't a spec sheet - it's opening up their canopy a few weeks after installing our under canopy lights and seeing fuller, more even bud development lower on the plant than they've ever gotten before. That's the kind of result that turns a one-time buyer into a repeat customer, and a repeat customer into someone who recommends us to the next grower in their network.

Why under canopy lighting is trending
Under canopy / inter-lighting fixtures have moved from a "nice to have" to a near-standard component in commercial cannabis and tall-crop greenhouse setups over the past few years. As top-canopy lighting technology matured, growers realized top lighting alone leaves a real yield gap lower on the plant - and that gap is exactly what under canopy fixtures are designed to close.
We expect this category to keep growing as more commercial operations move toward multi-tier lighting strategies rather than relying on a single overhead lighting.

Whether you're running a small trial batch or planning a full commercial retrofit, we manufacture our under canopy lighting in-house, from LED chip mounting through to final assembly. If you want spec sheets or a sample unit to test in your own facility before committing to a bulk order, we're happy to help.
