We just sent out another batch of our 1060W commercial LED grow light from the factory. The pallets were stacked, wrapped and loaded onto the truck this week, and I wanted to share a few photos and a short update.
If you have ever wondered what happens between "order confirmed" and "lights arrive at my facility," this is it. Every carton is labeled, every pallet is checked, and every fixture is tested before it leaves the building.
What Is in These Boxes?
This shipment is our 1060W spider LED grow light. The name comes from the layout: multiple light bars spread out from a central control box, a bit like legs on a spider. This design gives even light coverage across the canopy and keeps the fixture running cooler than a single heavy panel.
A few things customers like about this model:
1. Detachable LED grow light bars. The bars plug in, so they pack flat, ship easily and can be swapped one at a time if you ever need service.
2. Two-channel dimming. One knob controls the full spectrum, and a second knob controls the UV and far-red channels separately.
3. RJ45 input and output ports, so you can link several fixtures and control them together.
Why Two-Channel Dimming Matters
Most dimmable LED grow light models give you one knob and that is it. With two channels, you can lower the main light during early growth and still keep the UV and far-red at the level you want. In a commercial LED grow light setup, this flexibility helps growers fine-tune each room without buying separate fixtures.
Before packing, the lights are powered on in our test area and checked bar by bar. In the photos you can see rows of fixtures running on the test racks, with the UV bars glowing purple. It is a simple step, but it catches problems early, long before a light reaches your grow room.
After testing, the fixtures go into cartons marked "LED Grow Light (Light Bar)" and onto wooden pallets for transport.

Working With a Commercial LED Grow Light Manufacturer
As a commercial LED grow light manufacturer, we handle everything from production to loading. Buyers who work with a direct LED grow light factory usually care about three things: stable quality, clear communication and on-time delivery. That is what we try to deliver on every order.
We also support wholesale LED grow lights orders and OEM/ODM projects, including custom spectrum and branding. Our standard lead time is 10 to 15 days, and we accept small trial orders if you want to test before a bigger purchase.
