Spring Festival Holiday Notice And Customer Service Arrangement

The 2025 Spring Festival holiday will start on January 20 (Monday) and end on February 10 (Monday). During this period, to allow all of our employees to fully enjoy the holiday and family reunion time, our factory will suspend production. The specific holiday schedule is as follows:

Holiday start date: January 20, 2025
Holiday end time: February 10, 2025

Factory Suspension: During the Chinese New Year period, the factory will stop all production activities, so the production schedule of related orders will be delayed accordingly.

We are well aware that this arrangement may have some impact on the production schedule of some customers, but please rest assured that our sales and after-sales service teams will do their best to continue to provide you with professional quotations and after-sales support during the holiday. We believe that with our efforts and cooperation, we can still effectively deal with all kinds of problems and ensure that your needs are properly handled.

Although the factory has suspended production, our sales team and after-sales service team will keep working normally and are committed to providing customers with the following services:

• Quotations and Inquiries

Our sales team will continue to handle quotation requests and product inquiries from our customers. You can send us your inquiries through our official website, email, or phone. We will provide you with a detailed quotation in time and provide you with professional product suggestions according to your needs. 

• Order Follow-up and Confirmation

During the holiday period, we will continue to communicate with customers to confirm existing orders and ensure that all order details have been clearly defined. For orders that need to be processed urgently, we will try our best to arrange the processing so that we can resume production quickly after the holiday.

• After Sales Service

Our after-sales service team will continue to handle any after-sales problems encountered by our customers during the holiday period, including but not limited to product quality issues, technical support, parts replacement, and other matters. If you have any after-sales needs, please contact us in time, and we will provide guidance or arrange the necessary services according to the situation.

• Technical Consultation and Product Support

During the vacation period, our technical support team will continue to provide customers with the necessary technical consulting services. Whether it is the use of the product, installation precautions, or any technical problems, you can consult us at any time, and we will provide you with solutions as soon as possible.

• Emergency Problem Handling

For some emergencies, our team will prioritize according to the specific situation. We understand that your needs are urgent and all urgent issues will be prioritized to ensure that we do our best to help you solve the problem.

We encourage our customers to submit their needs to us well in advance of the Chinese New Year so that we can provide you with more timely quotes and service during the holiday season. If your needs cannot wait until the end of the holiday season, we will do our best to ensure that your questions are initially answered and handled during the holiday season.

All production activities will resume after February 10, 2025, due to the factory shutdown during the Chinese New Year. We will start processing the backlog of orders during the shutdown immediately after the holiday and prioritize production and delivery on customer demand.

Resumption of production: February 10, 2025
Production schedule adjustment: We will adjust the order production schedule accordingly based on the order scheduling before the holiday. For the delayed delivery time due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we will fully communicate with all customers and try to minimize the impact.

Delivery Time: After the production resumes, we will prioritize the orders to ensure that the production is completed and delivered as soon as possible. We will try our best to shorten the lead time and minimize the impact of the holiday on you.

We recommend that you plan your needs before and after the Chinese New Year holiday in advance to ensure a smooth connection between production and delivery times.
